  • I don't want to log in. Buying as a guest?
    Can. Both logged-in members and visitors of our website can place orders to purchase. Logged-in members can enjoy certain discounts and coupon information notifications.
  • Is there a discount for buying multiple items at once?
    Visitors purchase more than 2 pieces and above, and get a discount of 10 US dollars.

  • Can I order online and pick up in store?
    Not currently. Our goods are shipped from local warehouses, and they can arrive in about 3 days.
  • Canada, Australia can deliver? Non-US regions?
    Sorry, we only ship within the United States. (Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.)
  • How to qualify for free shipping?

  • What if a Walabama product is out of stock?
