After receiving the order information from Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays), all goods will be shipped within 24 hours. (Note: In case of out of stock, you will receive an email notification from the official customer service).
After receiving the order information on weekends and holidays, the goods will be shipped within the first working day of work. (Note: If the order quantity is too large, it needs to be shipped within 2 working days; in case of out of stock, you will receive an email notification from the official customer service).

MAIN SHIPPING TERMS
Walabama primarily ships using FedEx (the carrier). We will assign a tracking number to your order before it leaves our warehouse. Delivery schedules are determined by the carrier, which you can access through your tracking number.
If the goods lack accessories or are damaged during transportation and need to be replenished, we will use UPS to deliver the goods uniformly. You can Contact Customer Service for the tracking number of the goods.
1. Shipping addresses are only available for shipping addresses within the United States. Such as: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa are excluded.
2. We do not ship to FPO, APO and PO Box addresses.
Since FedEx (carrier) varies according to the size of the goods/distance of the distance, the quotation will also be different. In order to give back to new and old customers, we unify the whole site, and all shipping fees are only charged at 5 US dollars. If you purchase 2 pieces or more, you You can Contact Customer Service, and you can refund the $5 shipping fee after receiving the goods.
Walabama goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns for unopened products within 10 days of the date of arrival. Products that have been opened can be returned within 7 days on the premise that they are unused/undamaged. We do not accept returns for products that have been used or marked as non-refundable.
Notice : 1. The goods returned by the buyer should be intact and damaged, and the goods should not affect the seller's secondary sales. Otherwise, we cannot accept returns. 2. If the buyer unilaterally returns the product without reason, the buyer needs to bear the round-trip freight of the product; if the product needs to be replaced due to quality problems, the round-trip postage of the product will be borne by the seller.
